Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation of Puja and Seva Bookings

Devotees may request cancellation of a puja, havan, abhishek, or other religious service booking before the scheduled service date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible by contacting the temple administration with the booking details.

2. Cancellation After Service Preparation

Once preparations for a puja, havan, religious ceremony, or seva have begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

The temple reserves the right to determine whether a cancellation request qualifies for consideration based on the stage of preparation and arrangements already made.

3. Donations

All donations made to SHRI RAJ RAJESWAR MAHADEV MANDIR are voluntary contributions for religious, charitable, and temple activities.

As a general policy, donations are non-cancellable and non-refundable once successfully processed, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.

4. Cancellation by Temple Administration

SHRI RAJ RAJESWAR MAHADEV MANDIR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to:

• Religious or administrative requirements

• Unforeseen circumstances

• Natural disasters or emergencies

• Temple maintenance activities

• Events beyond the temple’s reasonable control

In such cases, devotees will be informed promptly, and where applicable, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.

5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Where a cancellation is approved:

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.

• Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on banking and payment provider procedures.

• Applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted where permitted.

6. Modification of Bookings

Requests to modify puja dates, devotee details, or service preferences may be submitted before the scheduled service date.

Approval of modification requests is subject to availability and temple administration discretion.

7. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

If a devotee accidentally makes a duplicate payment or experiences a technical issue during payment processing, they should contact the temple administration immediately with transaction details for verification and assistance.

8. Policy Updates

SHRI RAJ RAJESWAR MAHADEV MANDIR reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon publication.
